1. Eligibility
Services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. For senior wellness services, medical review or caregiver authorization may be required.
2. Services Offered
Rejuvena Care offers non-medical wellness services, lifestyle support, and residential coordination tailored for older adults. Services are regularly updated to align with evolving needs.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in unlawful or disruptive behavior while using this site. Attempting to compromise security or transmit harmful content is prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by Rejuvena Care or its licensors. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Account Registration
Some features may require account creation. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials and must report unauthorized use immediately.
6. Payment and Billing
All fees must be paid in full via secure third-party processors. Rejuvena Care charges in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
7. Refund Policy
At Rejuvena Care, we aim for complete satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a paid service, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:
- Refund Window: Requests must be made in writing within 14 calendar days of service activation or first delivery.
- Eligible Services: Unused wellness sessions, cancelled bookings, or subscriptions not yet utilized may qualify.
- Non-Refundable: Services that have been partially or fully consumed (e.g., completed care programs or used sessions) are non-refundable.
- Custom Contracts: Individual agreements with customized terms override this general policy. Please refer to your contract where applicable.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after validation.
To initiate a refund, please contact us via the contact form with your booking ID, service details, and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
8. Service Availability
We do our best to maintain service continuity, but availability may change. Rejuvena Care reserves the right to update, suspend, or withdraw services at any time without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer
All content and services are provided "as is". Rejuvena Care makes no express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, suitability, or uninterrupted access. Our services do not replace medical consultation.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our site after changes are posted implies acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws. Legal matters shall be resolved in Ontario courts.
